About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with site management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of EHS performance and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Communicate EHS information to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • Supervise and mentor local EHS team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Progressive EHS experience, including administration of broad EHS programs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
