**Purchase Ledger Assistant Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a skilled financial professional, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of our business, including processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Your responsibilities will include reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders, leading in resolving any issues with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, and performing monthly reconciliations of supplier statements. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and manage supplier relationships.
  • Reconcile delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
  • Lead in resolving any issues with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, working collaboratively with departments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries and process credit card expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in purchase ledger roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
