Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at PayPoint Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, preparing weekly payments, and maintaining the Purchase Ledger order tracking spreadsheet.

This role involves:

  • Ensuring timely processing of purchase invoices and credit notes to the correct cost centre.
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders and obtaining approvals from Budget Holders.
  • Preparing and processing weekly payments and reconciling key supplier statements.
  • Producing and reconciling the monthly Aged Payables report.
  • Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve invoicing queries.
  • Reviewing the validity of monthly employee expenses.
  • Filing Aged Payable documents in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the administration of the Expensys system.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
