Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team at Brogan Group in Welwyn Garden City. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accountancy team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts administration, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices and payments, and performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Performing credit checks on potential new clients
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and submission
  • Bank reconciliation for UK and Ireland companies
  • Irish VAT return
