Job Title: ECO Submission Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Eco Submission Manager to oversee and coordinate the submission process for ECO4 and GBIS funding applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's compliance with government guidelines and securing funding for green energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submission Oversight: Lead the submission process for ECO4 and GBIS applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and analyse submission documents in line with OFGEM and PAS2035 standards, ensuring thorough and accurate information.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with utility companies, managing agents, and internal departments to resolve queries and facilitate smooth submission processes.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on ECO4 legislation and adjust submission practices accordingly to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs for submission success, providing regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and train team members in submission processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to submissions to maintain project timelines and maximise opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Eco Submissions Management is essential - minimum 2 years exp
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in IT tools such as MS Office and CRM systems, with strong data management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
