Sales Performance Executive

About the Role:
As a Sales Performance Executive at our company, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. If you are passionate about sales, skilled in building strong client connections, and comfortable with daily cold calling, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £26,000-£30,000 per annum, with opportunities for above industry-average commission earnings, resulting in an estimated OTE of £50,000+ in the first year. Additionally, you will benefit from remote work-from-home flexibility, bi-weekly team activities, and a supportive company culture.
