Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Director to lead our client management teams and drive the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide direction to client management teams in all aspects of activity, ensuring efficient processes and quality output.
  • Hold and maintain relationships with senior clients to encourage satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and sell in opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Account Directors to support them in executing their roles effectively.
  • Act as a mentor for junior members of the team, leading by example and providing guidance when needed.
  • Coordinate and run brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Work with Account Directors to ensure thorough and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Be responsible for budget management and have a detailed overview of all commercial activities on accounts.
  • Be an integral part of new business and pitch activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a social first agency, with a track record of delivering successful client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry and the latest trends.
  • Approachable and proactive in mentoring junior team members.
  • Cool-headed and able to manage tough situations under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality output and adaptable to business needs.
  • Able to create and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients.
