Part-Time Specialist Teacher

Holderness Academy & Sixth Form College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join our team as a Part-Time Specialist Teacher.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning opportunities to students in the area of Physical Education and Health.

Job DescriptionThe appointed person will teach 19.5 hours per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, focusing on delivering engaging and effective teaching practices.
Estimated Salary: £16,680 - £25,868 per year (pro rata) reflecting the Teacher M1 - U3 scale.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and a track record of successful professional practice.
They must be able to plan and deliver high-quality teaching in a relevant specialist area.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, the appointed person will promote excellent student behavior and conduct, commit to safeguarding and student welfare, and contribute to the wider life of our community school.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Enhanced DBS clearance check required.
