Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our retail property acquisitions, working closely with the Head of Retail to implement our strategic direction. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial location evaluation to negotiating and closing transactions, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for retail property acquisitions, aligning with our 10-year strategy
- Oversee the acquisition process, including sourcing, negotiating, and closing transactions
- Ensure transparency and due diligence for all retail acquisitions, maximizing financial return on supporter funding and donations
- Lead and execute property acquisition projects, including project management and coordination
- Collaborate with the Head of Retail to develop and implement a retail expansion strategy
About You
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in property acquisition and development, project management, and leadership. You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering capital projects and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.
