About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our leadership team at Stafforce. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing and leading the sales team, and ensuring we hit our revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, market positioning, and growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, including account executives, business development managers, and sales support staff.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business acquisition, expansion in existing accounts, and retention strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance analytics to optimise sales processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and accelerate growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership roles
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent
  • Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
