The Role

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our community and supported living services in Wellingborough. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with service users, providing person-centred care and support to promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
