Welcome to the Systems Accountant position at EA First Compass House, where you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our Group data and Oracle reporting systems. As a seasoned professional in finance data analysis, you will lead the way in delivering high-quality reporting solutions.

Main Objectives
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for reporting systems, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance Data and Reporting, IT, and Oracle users, to achieve outstanding reporting outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver field mapping documents that enable smooth data exchange between systems, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
  • Design engaging user manuals for reporting systems, enhancing user satisfaction and productivity.
  • Nurture strong relationships with Oracle users to capture their reporting needs, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.

With a history of working with finance data or ERP systems, you will be well-suited to excel in this role. Although Finance Department experience is advantageous, we welcome candidates seeking to apply their expertise in a systems-oriented setting.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £45,000-£55,000, coupled with bonus and benefits, providing a platform for personal and professional growth.
