Job Opportunity: Field Sales Door to Door Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Door to Door Agent to join our team at Kestrel Recruitment. As a Field Sales Door to Door Agent, you will be responsible for securing the company's growth through selling internet service and associated products to individuals, Micro SME businesses, and Communities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Deliver individual sales targets, including upselling to higher sales packages and selling value-added sales.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with potential customers in a field sales-focused role, adapting your approach to ensure high sales conversion.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person visits, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Sales Performance Management: Manage your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: A solid background in sales, preferably door-to-door from a telecoms or utilities company.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with the ability to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong sales experience, ability to multitask, high level of self-motivation and ambition, customer centric, high level of resilience, ability to think creatively, drive profitable opportunities, be proactive and create positive experiences for others.
