**Job Title**: GTM Associate

**Location**: Liskeard Office.

**Salary**: £27,000 per annum.

**Role Purpose**: The purpose of this role is to develop and create the GTM roadmap for sales and marketing.

**Main Responsibilities**: To include; working in partnership with departments around Wildanet to plan, develop, execute the go to market plan, to support achieving our sales and revenue targets. The individual will also be responsible for channel management and communication across the sales function.

**Key Activities**:
While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:

- Responsible for pulling together the Team Sales & Marketing GTM Planner for the next 6 months ahead (Quarter by Quarter).
- Work closely with other Departments such as Build, Marketing and Customer Service.
- Own GTM Process and hold regular meetings on how we achieve the sales number.
- Own the Sales Channel communications out to the sales team to update them on the latest offers, propositions, plans for execution and new town launches.
- Be responsible for producing the weekly trading update on GTM and New News.
- Build effective sales agent selling tools with the Marketing and Customer Service tools to maximise sales conversion, agent knowledge and transparency.

**Essential Person Specification**

**Knowledge**:

- Basic IT Knowledge, Internet, and Social Networking understanding.
- Telecommunications experience (desirable).

**Skills/Attributes**:

- Must be passionate about working within a sales environment.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Organized.
- Planning & coordination skills.
- Excellent computer skills, ability to multitask using multiple systems.
- Great people and interdepartmental skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Able to deal with questions and objections, ensuring that all interactions result in a positive experience for the customer regardless of the outcome of the contact working alongside multiple departments.
- Resilience.

- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to take on tasks and complete in a timely manner and deliver as expected.
- Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (desirable).

**Experience**:

- Previous experience of planning and organizing.
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of running GTM processes (desirable).

**Qualifications**:

- Good level of education, including literacy and numeracy skills

**Circumstances**:

- Usual working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working available.
- Individuals will have to be resilient, with strong active listening skills.
