Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Cornwall. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our internet services and associated products to individuals, micro SME businesses, and communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the wider team's objectives and deliver individual sales targets.
  • Upsell to higher sales packages and sell value-added sales.
  • Be the face of the company brand and interact with potential customers in a field sales-focused role.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in sales, ideally door-to-door from a telecoms or utilities company.
  • Comfortable interacting with potential customers and adapting your approach to ensure a high level of sales conversion.
  • Confident in handling objections and tenacious.
  • Driven and ambitious, striving to exceed sales targets and goals.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong sales experience and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to multitask using relevant systems.
  • High level of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Customer-centric and able to think creatively.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Presenting and talking to groups and potential customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of door-to-door selling or field sales selling.

Qualifications:

  • Driving license essential.
  • Good level of education.

Circumstances:

  • This role will involve travelling throughout Cornwall.
  • Performance against profitable revenue targets.
  • Interaction with all types of customers.
