About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will provide critical support to our Sales Executives, ensuring seamless plot reservations, sales completions, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating various systems and schedules to ensure accurate plot file management
  • Providing general administration support to the Sales Team, including correspondence and documentation
  • Liaising with Sales Executives, Solicitors, and Sales Managers to ensure timely completion of sales
  • Assisting in the setup of new sites, ensuring accurate plot files and sales correspondence
