Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at the Bolsover School, part of Redhill Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with schools' Heads of House in providing administrative support.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to work with young people in supporting their welfare and well-being, making them an ideal fit for this role. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, approachable, and possesses excellent communication skills.
As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school's leadership team, ensuring that students receive the best possible education and care. Your enthusiasm, patience, and ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents will make you a valuable asset to our team.
