About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Safestore Holdings PLC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
