About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Assistant to join our team at Selco. As a key member of our sales and service operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our sales and service processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align service efforts with sales objectives and strategies.
  • Evaluate and refine existing sales service processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales service, such as customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution metrics.
