Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Waterlooville. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on our equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to identify root causes.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
