Teaching Assistant for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Zen Educate. As a SEN TA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to learners with special educational needs in an inclusive school setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with speech and language disabilities and autism, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive induction program and continuous professional development opportunities to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing IEPs and personalized learning strategies
- Collaborating with teachers and professionals to provide high-quality support to learners
- Assisting with personal care tasks and helping learners develop social and emotional skills
