We are seeking a highly motivated Finance and Economics Educator to join our team at Step Teachers in Bude. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the minds of young learners and inspire them to pursue careers in finance and economics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and be able to deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of diverse students.

  • Organized and professional maintenance of the classroom environment
  • Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
  • Work effectively with other staff members, both within the department and throughout the school
  • Plan and deliver comprehensive lessons that meet the needs of students
  • Compliance with the school's policies and reliable implementation of these

Requirements:

  • QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School
  • Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Business Studies mainly to KS4, with some KS5 vocational experience
  • A relevant Business Studies related degree is desirable

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
