Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services. Our pharmacies are led and supported exclusively by pharmacists, and we are committed to developing new ways to deliver the best service possible for our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services to our customers.
- Play an active role in our charities support program, providing advice and support to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- Lead, train, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
- Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- You will have a Pharmacy Degree and be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- You will be passionate about leading and empowering a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and complete a DBS check before employment.
