About The Role

Ashurst is a 5-bed supported living bungalow in Hitchin, Herts, providing care and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: implement person-centred support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
