About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services to customers
  • Play an active role in our charities support program, providing advice and support to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care
  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Degree
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • DBS check (organised by Tesco) prior to commencement of employment
