Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals in our supported living homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Accompanying service users on outings and activities.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users.

Requirements

  • A minimum of six months' experience working within the health sector in the UK.
  • A strong attitude to working within the care sector.
  • Flexibility and dedication to providing high-quality care and support.
  • A full enhanced DBS and positive references.
