As a Relief Support Worker at Salvation Army Homes, you will be responsible for providing support services to clients experiencing homelessness. Your primary duties will include:

  • Facilitating group sessions to promote social interaction and community engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in social work or a related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a homelessness setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
