About the Role
The Head of Programmes is a critical position within Avic Cabin Systems, responsible for delivering high-value, complex projects from concept to completion. This involves overseeing a portfolio of programmes and working closely with leaders across Engineering, Commercial, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure programme objectives are achieved through effective management.

You will lead a team of programme and project managers, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of programmes and work closely with leaders across Engineering, Commercial, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure programme objectives are achieved
- Implement lean processes to ensure output excellence
- Report to board level on programme performance in line with contract deliverables and budgets
- Establish collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers externally to ensure clear communication of programme requirements and timelines
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risks/issues

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years within programme management
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Project Management qualification
- Strategic mindset to drive results
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relations with both internal and external stakeholders
