Artist Liaison

White Cube is seeking an experienced Artist Coordinator to join our team. As an Artist Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the gallery's artist relationships, coordinating exhibitions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our art administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage artist relationships, including communication, coordination, and liaison with artists, studios, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate exhibition planning, including artist scheduling, artwork logistics, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date artist records, including inventory management, pricing, and sales data.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of artist-related activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Curatorial team, including preparing presentation materials, managing artist schedules, and coordinating artist events.
- Ensure compliance with gallery policies and procedures, including artist contracts, consignment agreements, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with artists, studios, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
- Proven experience in art administration, coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with artists, studios, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
