Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Building and Fabrics team at Harmony Fire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and delivering high-quality service.

About the Role
  • As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for site management, people management, quality control, and health and safety. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all works are completed to the highest standards.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as stock management, receiving deliveries, site precondition surveys, welfare, delivery of prelims, and post-inspections.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, including tax codes, deductions, and pensions.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
