Obstetric Ultrasound Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Ultrasound team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Diagnostic and Pharmacy Group, you will be responsible for leading the Obstetric Ultrasound service across all sites of the Trust, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and driving operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Obstetric Ultrasound service to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects and programmes to drive excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with the Ultrasound Service Manager and Directorate Managers to achieve key performance targets.
- Review and improve ultrasound services to ensure sustainability and profitability while maintaining patient-centered care.
- Provide operational leadership to the ultrasound department to drive operational excellence and support the delivery of a High-Performance Management System.
- Develop and implement recovery plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Empower staff to achieve performance and transformational change through collaborative working and shared objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent people management skills to inspire and motivate staff.
