Clinical Lead for Obstetric Ultrasound Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Obstetric Ultrasound team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Obstetric Ultrasound service across all sites of the Trust, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Obstetric Ultrasound service to deliver high-quality patient care and improve performance.
- Work closely with the Ultrasound Service Manager and Directorate Managers to ensure key performance targets are delivered.
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement projects and programmes to drive excellent patient care.
- Provide operational leadership to the ultrasound department to ensure effective and timely delivery of performance indicators.
- Develop shared objectives promoting a culture of collaborative working and empowering staff to achieve performance and transformational change.
