The Corporate Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering our approach to maintain and grow corporate fundraising income, supporting our mission to improve mental health in Hampshire.
This role is critical in helping us achieve our strategic ambitions, building on our recent launch of a new three-year strategy. The successful candidate will lead the corporate fundraising activities for Solent Mind, maximising support through Charity of the Year relationships and participation in activities, events, and challenges in aid of Solent Mind.
The Corporate Fundraising Manager will research and build our corporate pipeline, supporting the delivery of our wider employer engagement, which covers all aspects of employment engagement, including fundraising, training, and mental health employer services.
About YouWe are seeking an experienced corporate fundraiser or someone with relevant relationship fundraising or B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding financial and other targets.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent written and presentation skills, possessing good negotiating and influencing skills, as well as excellent relationship management skills.
They will be highly proactive and skilled in generating new business leads and moving warm prospects through the sales cycle. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop their direct reports.
