The Role
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our care at home team. As a Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities, various health and support needs, and helping them maintain their independence while living at home.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with service users and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personal care and support to service users, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
- Assist service users in developing and maintaining social networks and relationships.
- Support service users in developing skills and knowledge to live as independently as possible.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and review of personalized plans with service users.
- Support service users during significant life changes or losses.
- Develop your knowledge and practice continuously through training and development activities.
- Perform any other tasks as required, provided they are reasonable and within your capabilities.

Requirements
- Experience working in a care setting (preferably).
- Motivation, compassion, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driving license (for those requiring to drive as part of the job).
Salary: £12.20 per hour.
