About the Role:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Educational Health Care Plans for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). They will collaborate closely with schools and healthcare professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Educational Health Care Plans that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support for students
  • Provide guidance and support to students with SEND to help them achieve their full potential

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with SEND or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results
