Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of maintenance engineers in implementing EU network standards, planning preventative maintenance, and ensuring technical availability.
Key Responsibilities- Support Colleagues in Site Compliance: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure site compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Implement EU Network Standards: Develop and implement EU network standards to ensure technical availability and efficiency.
- Plan Preventative Maintenance: Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to collect and analyze data to improve processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and Mentor the Team: Lead, support, and mentor your team to develop their career and improve their skills.
You will be based at one of our operational sites, where you will have the opportunity to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear vision of what's happening at your site. This involves collecting data, solving problems, and setting up new projects that improve operational processes and equipment maintenance.
Requirements- Qualifications: A UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC), BTEC National Diploma (OND), IEng, CEng, or ILM L4+.
- Experience: Relevant experience as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment that handles a variety of complex business processes.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language.
- Qualifications: A degree.
- Experience: Experience of working with statutory regulations such as compliance checks and machine safety protocols.
- Skills: Experience in automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
