Our team is responsible for managing dynamic inventory and facilitating speedy deliveries across the Amazon network. We work closely with colleagues to ensure that our facilities are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC), BTEC National Diploma (OND), IEng, CEng or ILM L4+: A relevant qualification in a field such as engineering or maintenance.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment, handling complex business processes.
- Experience in Managing People: Experience in managing people in an engineering team, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
- Experience in Liaising with Stakeholders: Experience in liaising and managing relationships between various stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with upper intermediate proficiency in the local language.
- Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or maintenance.
- Experience with Statutory Regulations: Experience in working with statutory regulations, such as compliance checks and machine safety protocols.
- Experience with Automated Equipment: Experience in working with automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
- Experience with Data Analysis Tools: Experience in using data analysis tools and PLC-based control systems.
- Experience with Project Management: Experience in project management or Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma processes.
- Experience with CMMS: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
