Reliability Engineer Job Description

CSL Seqirus is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to develop and implement a reliability strategy at our Liverpool flu manufacturing site. The successful candidate will optimize maintenance practices to achieve consistently high system availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a site-wide reliability centered maintenance program for our biopharmaceutical manufacturing site.
  • Implement asset reliability assessments of process and utility equipment.
  • Utilize Reliability Engineering tools to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Analyze equipment trends and historical data to recommend improvements.
  • Establish and prepare site reliability KPI data / dashboard.
  • Support the development of maintenance standards and best practices.
  • Recommends and implements reliability improvements for systems.
Requirements
  • Substantial related experience with reliability engineering within a relevant industry.
  • Understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices.
  • Industry expert in mechanical systems, plant and equipment for a large scale bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
  • Strong leadership, organizational planning and project management skills.
  • CMRP certification preferred.
