We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our dedicated team at CSL Seqirus. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust reliability strategy aimed at maximizing system uptime through the enhancement of maintenance methodologies.

Your collaboration with the Engineering Leadership will be essential in improving the reliability, functionality, and efficiency of our processes and facilities, all while adhering to stringent cGMP manufacturing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive reliability-centered maintenance framework
  • Conduct thorough asset reliability evaluations
  • Employ reliability engineering methodologies including CMMS, RCM, and PM Plan enhancements
  • Examine equipment performance trends and historical data
  • Establish and monitor reliability key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Propose and execute reliability enhancement initiatives
  • Oversee engineering personnel and provide guidance and mentorship

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the field of reliability engineering
  • In-depth understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities
  • CMRP certification is advantageous
