About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of expert technicians dedicated to equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of expert technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Implement EU Network Standards: You will be responsible for implementing EU network standards and ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: You will work closely with colleagues to collect and analyze data to improve processes and ensure that all equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Deliver and Support Projects: You will be responsible for delivering and supporting both site-based and network-level projects to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
About the Team

Our Operations team is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is running at optimal levels and that our facilities are safe and efficient. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Requirements
  • UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC), BTEC National Diploma (OND), IEng, CEng or ILM L4+: You will need to have a relevant qualification in a field such as engineering or maintenance.
  • Relevant Experience: You will need to have relevant experience in a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment that handles a variety of complex business processes.
  • Advanced Proficiency in English: You will need to have advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language.
