About the Job

This Senior Field Marketing Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in regional marketing and lead marketing efforts in Northern Europe. With 8+ years of experience in the field, you will develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing plan to meet pipeline objectives.
  • Collaborating with campaigns and digital marketing teams to activate campaign extensions and sales plays.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for Sales in your area, building strong relationships and driving alignment on marketing plans.
  • Managing the field marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a role or domain (regional marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience working in high-tech, B2B SaaS software, or technology companies.
  • Experience building and managing B2B multi-channel marketing programs - including ABM, content, product marketing, events, paid media, creative, and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution plans for major field marketing, demand generation, and executive programs.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
