An experienced Commercial Director is required to manage commercial functions, oversee team members, and report to senior directors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Managing QS on new build projects over £10m, excellent communication skills, and experience working on 2-stage projects.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include managing team workload, producing CVRs, and overseeing team members. Reporting at senior level to directors and contributing to team and regional growth are also essential duties.
