Mortgage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Netbox Recruitment. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage advisors and clients throughout the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with mortgage advisors to ensure timely completion of mortgage applications.
  2. Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information.
  3. Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner.
  4. Update CRM systems with relevant client details, documents, and email correspondence.
  5. Prepare mortgage meeting packs for initial client meetings.
  6. Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline.
  7. Send invoices to relevant parties and chase late payments.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their mortgage application and demonstrating empathy when required.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in estate agents, mortgage advisors, or related fields.
  2. Understanding of the mortgage process.
  3. Availability to work 5 days a week.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills, particularly via phone.
  6. IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  7. Bubbly personality and desire for a career in the industry.
  8. Quick learner and willingness to develop skills.
