- Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner.
- Update CRM systems with relevant client details and documents.
- Prepare mortgage meeting packs for initial client meetings.
- Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline.
- Send invoices to relevant parties and chase late payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their mortgage application and offering support when needed.
- Experience in estate agents, mortgage advisors, or related fields.
- Understanding of the mortgage process.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Bubbly personality and a desire for a career in the mortgage industry.
