We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Netbox Recruitment Limited. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage advisors and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with mortgage advisors to ensure timely completion of mortgage applications
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information
- Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner
- Update CRM with relevant email correspondence, client details, and documents
- Construct mortgage meeting packs for initial meetings with clients and mortgage advisors
- Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline
- Send invoices to relevant parties and chase late payments
- Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, providing updates on their mortgage application and showing empathy where required
- Experience in an estate agency, mortgage advisory, or related field
- Understanding of the mortgage process
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bubbly personality and a quick learner
- Commitment to a career, not just a job
