We are looking for a Pension Research Executive to join our friendly team based in Medway City Estate. There’s free on-site parking available and we take a hybrid approach to working with a minimum of 3 days in the office (initial training is office-based for 6 months). The starting salary is in the range of £21,255 - £26,250 DOE, plus an annual bonus scheme and supported CII exam progression. In order to reach the higher end of this bracket, previous pension administration experience would be required.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take an early step into a financial services career, or for someone with more experience who is looking for career progression.

This role requires the undertaking and completion of the FA2 and CF1 Financial Administration exam as a requirement of employment.

**A typical day**
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- 6 month probationary period and training will be completed in the office.
- Hybrid approach with a blend of office and working from home available after successful completion of probationary period. Minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

**Responsibilities may include**:

- Analysing policy information to extract key details and produce a summary for our advisers.
- Contacting pension providers to clarify discrepancies in transfer packs, or to chase missing information.
- Complete cost and performance analysis for adviser use.
- Send letters to clients with a summary of their plans.
- Accurate data entry onto our internal system.

**Qualities we look for**

- GCSEs all achieved grade C or above (equivalent to score 4 or above in new marking)
