Mortgage Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Netbox Recruitment Limited. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage advisors and clients throughout the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with mortgage advisors to ensure timely completion of mortgage applications
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information
  • Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner
  • Update CRM with relevant email correspondence, client details, and documents
  • Construct mortgage meeting packs for initial client meetings
  • Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline
  • Send invoices to relevant parties and chase late payments
Requirements:
  • Experience in estate agency, mortgage advisory, or a related field
  • Understanding of the mortgage process
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • IT literacy and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Bubbly personality and quick learner
