We are committed to supporting midwives who have previously held an NMC PIN to return to their careers and rejoin the NMC register. Our Return to Practice program offers a seconded route into midwifery, providing a supportive environment for you to refresh your skills and confidence.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, underpinned by evidence-based practice and our trust's values.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of midwifery practice relevant to the clinical area.
- Contribute to the continuing development of professional midwifery practice in the department.
- Work within the remit of the NMC Code of Conduct.
- Previously fully NMC Registered.
- Maths/English GCSE or above.
- Desirable: NIPE Trained, worked previously for minimum 2 years as a midwife.
- Essential: Passionate about returning to midwifery.
