About Us

London Longevity Clinic is a cutting-edge healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. Our clinic offers bespoke health solutions and personalized care to high-net-worth individuals, aiming to enhance performance and longevity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the clinic's overall business plan and strategic direction.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct data analysis to assess HR metrics and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within Sage HR systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Requirements
  • Experience in a clinic or start-up business is desired.
  • A proven career history in HR department.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, capable of juggling several tasks and deadlines.
  • Technological proficiency and excellent data processing and analysis skills.
  • Great communication and coaching skills.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, especially in HR major.
  • 2+ years' experience in HR sector preferably within the healthcare field or start-up business.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Salary Package

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum (pro-rata for 3-4 days per week, depending on experience). 5% employer pension contribution. Access to on-site gym and fitness training facilities.
