Job Description:

We are excited to be partnering with an innovative immuno-oncology startup based in Oxford, pioneering groundbreaking approaches to cancer immunotherapy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing analytical assays to characterize and screen therapeutic candidates, playing a crucial role in the development of novel therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute biophysical and biochemical assays to generate high-quality data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments tailored to different phases of development.
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures, data analysis, and results to uphold scientific integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with protein analytical methods, such as binding kinetics or capillary electrophoresis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
  • A proven track record of adapting quickly to new techniques and mentoring others.
  • A PhD or equivalent experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, or related disciplines.
